Betty Boop, a mother dog from Fresno, California, was seen by locals walking three kilometers each day in search of food for her 10 puppies. Krystle Woodward, the founder of Pinky Paws ResQ, discovered Betty’s situation and learned that she had been roaming the area for two months. Despite numerous attempts, no one was able to capture Betty Boop until last Thursday when Krystle finally rescued the mother dog and her pups. Soon, Betty Boop’s adorable puppies will be adopted into loving homes.
Krystle shared a heartwarming story on the foundation’s Facebook page about how she rescued Betty Boop during her work break. She stumbled upon the cute dog wandering alone and scared, prompting her to run back to her workplace to ask for help. With the aid of her husband, they saved Betty Boop during Krystle’s lunch hour that day.
A mother dog displayed a remarkable act of persistence and love for her puppies by traveling 3 kilometers each day to find food for them. For over a month, more than 30 people have witnessed the devoted dog scouring the outskirts of the town for miles in search of nourishment.
After finishing my work for the day, I made a visit to the vet and stayed there until late at night. My main concern was to ensure that my beloved pet wasn’t infected with any health issues. However, I couldn’t stop crying when I found out that she was actually breastfeeding. It was heartbreaking to think about all those little innocent puppies who were hungry and in need of their mother’s milk.
Last Friday, Betty Boop made a daring escape by running outside and scaling a fence. She was determined to reunite with her puppies and wouldn’t let anything stop her. Krystle is now on a mission to find Betty Boop’s offspring.
As per the report by YourCentralValley, the search led to the discovery of the puppies in the basement of an abandoned building. A young student named Kenneth Stoen was called upon by Krystle’s friend’s son to assist in freeing the puppies from their underground confinement.
All ten puppies are in good health and have been given unique names, including Amber, Citrine, Copper, Jade, Jasper, Onyx, Opal, Pearl, Rubyloo, and Sage. The mother dog showed great trust in the person who found her litter and led them right to her puppies. This act of trust deeply touched the person’s heart and has helped them develop a strong affection for the puppies.
Cathleen, the beloved canine, had to part ways with her family as they moved to a new place where keeping her was not possible. Eventually, she found a new home in Prague, Oklahoma, which was approximately 20 miles away from her previous abode.
Cathleen, a six-year-old dog, had been a part of her family since she was a little puppy. However, Cathleen missed her family dearly and decided to take action. She made the daring move of leaving her new home’s yard and hitting the road last week, determined to make her way back to her original home.
According to Marta Mattingly, the treasurer of the Seminole Humane Society, Cathleen was found wandering in the vicinity of her old home by animal control. From the looks of it, she seemed to be missing her previous family immensely, but unfortunately, they didn’t share the same feelings towards her. It’s still a mystery as to how Cathleen managed to travel 20 miles all by herself, but she made her way back to her new owner, who took her in. However, her desire to reunite with her original family was so strong that she escaped once more, just a few days after being returned.
Mattingly stated that upon initial intake, they had returned the cat to its original home provided by the owners. However, considering safety concerns, they decided to relocate the feline to a more secure residence in a different location after the second occurrence.
After passing her veterinary exam, Cathleen was adopted in no time. Shelter staff quickly fell in love with her charming personality, and adoption applications came flooding in. A news segment about Cathleen even sparked interest from people across the country. Known for her calm demeanor, friendly nature with other dogs, and affectionate behavior towards humans, Cathleen is a beloved addition to any family.
Cathleen was clearly upset after her previous owners passed away, but thankfully, a loving new family has stepped in to take her in. They will be picking her up in just a few days, and she’s sure to be thrilled with her new home in Texas. With four furry siblings to play with and plenty of kids to snuggle up with, Cathleen is in for a treat. And best of all, she’ll have a large, secure yard to explore to her heart’s content. Mattingly, who is overseeing the adoption, is confident that Cathleen will be very happy with her new family.
Mattingly was amazed by the number of individuals willing to travel great distances to adopt Cathleen. Although they received several excellent applications from various locations, Cathleen is a unique dog and only one family was the best fit for her. Ultimately, she found her ideal home.
