Michael Sawyer had an emotional reunion with his dog, Smokey, who he rehomed himself after he was foгсed to give the dog up due to ᴜпfoгtᴜпаte life circumstances.

He brought his wife, Susanna Green-Sawyer, along for the visit to meet Smokey, who is now 16 years old.

From the moment Smokey sees Michael it’s clear he recognizes him. The elderly Pit Bull makes his way over to Michael and leans into him.

Susanna filmed the emotional visit and shared video on TikTok.

The two are all smiles and Michael is so happy to see Smokey happy. Here’s part 2 of the TikTok video.
