Barking Mad Dog Rescue received a distressing call last month, informing them about a litter of abandoned puppies in a Romanian field. The rescue team hurried to the site to rescue the poor pups. Upon arrival, they discovered that the helpless creatures had been left in a shoebox and were barely a day old, which left the rescuers in utter shock.

The newborn puppies were too young to be separated from their mother, but the rescuers couldn’t find her. They decided to take them in and care for them overnight. Barking Mad Dog Rescue shared on their Instagram that the puppies would require hand-feeding and attention throughout the night, as they were just innocent and helpless little creatures. Sadly, the rescue frequently comes across such cases of abandonment and has to offer full-time care to these litters of puppies. However, the volunteers had a brilliant plan to ensure the puppies’ well-being and happiness.

A recent addition to the rescue center was a female dog who lost her litter while roaming on the streets. Her sorrow and hopelessness were evident when the rescuers found her, and she couldn’t fathom what might have befallen her little ones.

According to Hilary Anderson, a cofounder of Barking Mad Dog Rescue, the dog was seen wandering around with food in her mouth in an attempt to find someone to feed. This was a heartbreaking sight.

Upon the arrival of the puppies in the rescue’s shelter, it became evident that they were in dire need of a motherly figure. Coincidentally, the rescue had just saved a lactating dog who needed a brood to care for. Hence, the rescue devised a plan to bring the puppies together with their newfound mom. Upon seeing the helpless pups, the mother dog’s innate maternal instincts took control, and she immediately went over to shower them with affection. The puppies, on the other hand, were ecstatic to meet their adoptive mother and immediately latched onto her for nourishment.

Anderson skipped the formalities and got straight to the point. The mamadog and her puppies had a rough time surviving on the streets, but thanks to their rescuer, they are now safe and sound. It is hoped that all of them can soon find their forever homes through adoption.

Stray dogs go through a tough time. They don’t have homes or families to take care of them, leaving them to fend for themselves in harsh and cold environments. Recently, a golden retriever was found wandering the streets of the Central Anatolia region in Turkey. Ayberk Ayar, an animal lover, saw the dog carrying a small piece of bread in her mouth and took a photo of her. Curious about the dog’s situation, Ayberk asked the locals in the area. They informed him that the dog had been on the streets for over two weeks.

Ayberk was worried about the retriever’s well-being, so he shared a photo of her on Instagram. When Tracy Behnke from Rescuers Without Boundaries saw the picture, she realized that urgent action was necessary to prevent the dog from suffering or getting injured. Tracy and her team at Rescuers Without Borders requested the help of volunteers to locate the golden retriever.

The team didn’t give up their search even after tirelessly looking for the dog in the last known location. Unfortunately, the dog was not found there. However, the volunteers continued to search fervently, fearing that someone might have taken her and caused harm.

Thanks to the tireless commitment and support from locals, the search for the retriever finally paid off. Eventually, they were able to locate her within a dilapidated shed, devoid of nourishment and hydration.

After the rescue mission, the volunteers gave the rescued retriever a fresh start with a new name- Harper. Feeling safe and secure with her saviors, Harper wasted no time in making herself comfortable and relaxing in the car.

Harper, who had been living in a foster care system in Turkey, embarked on a journey to San Francisco alongside the Rescuers Without Borders crew.

Tracy and her partner were thrilled to finally meet Harper in person after seeing her pictures. They even took a trip all the way from Oregon to San Francisco just to see her. Despite the fact that living on the streets affected Harper’s well-being, she still exuded an inner sweetness that could not be taken away.

Despite being in a safe environment, Tracy couldn’t help but notice that Harper was still cautious and guarded. Harper would try to stay awake, even when exhausted, as if anticipating potential dangers. She also showed reluctance to accept food offered to her.

Similar to all other rescued dogs, Harper will require a considerable amount of time to adapt to her new living arrangements. Currently situated in a foster home located in Washington State, Harper has recently started relishing her fresh start.

Even though Harper has passed away, Tracy is looking forward to the joy that Harper will bring to a new family who will adopt her.

These K-9 officers are setting a great example for humans when it comes to waiting their turn for food. They patiently stand in line, displaying discipline and obedience. It’s refreshing to see such behavior from these furry law enforcement agents. They serve as a reminder to us all to practice good manners, even when we’re hungry.
